Q: How do I place an order? Browse our product catalog at gentlemanessentials.shop, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@gentlemanessentials.shop with your order number and the change you require. Once an order has been shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Cancel/Change Order Policy for full details.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order? Yes. An automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

Q: How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or destination.

Q: What is the order cut-off time? Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Q: Which carriers do you use? We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
Q: Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking
Q: How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What should I do? Tracking updates can occasionally experience delays, particularly during high-volume periods or adverse weather. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us at support@gentlemanessentials.shop and we will investigate on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are free of charge with no restocking or handling fees.
