Requests submitted after the order cut-off point (5:00 PM EST) on the day of ordering may be processed the following business day, which may affect our ability to action the change before dispatch.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.
